Each year, the National Coffee Association of the United States in its report on the National Coffee consumption trends. The report has undergone one of the bibles of the coffee industry. Recently, reports have been made available in 2008, and NCAUSA Web site contains a brief summary of what the organization is, as Americans, as we found our coffee.
